KEYs TO SMEs SUCCESS_Conference

JCI root spread throughout Europe and led to the establishment of JCI Praha in the Czech Republic. 

The core mission of JCI Praha is "to contribute to the advancement of the global community by providing the opportunity for young people to develop the leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship and fellowship necessary to create positive change."

Each member of JCI Praha takes part in different roles and various projects in order to cooperate for the betterment of the society as well as improving personal skills. JCI Praha has various projects in different backgrounds and each member can choose the projects based on its interest. JCI is tied up with the UN and also with different groups like WHO, UNESCO, ICC, AIESEC, EUROCHAMBERS. 

It runs various conferences that give an opportunity for each member to participate and expand their network. It encourages personal development and helps to create future world leaders.

The vision of JCI Praha is "to encourage entrepreneurs to overcome their challenges and encourage the society to appreciate entrepreneurship via Networking, improve personal development and cosmopolitan communities".
